At this time we do not accept returns, if you need to dispute an issue with a product you can contact us at faepuppies@gmail.com and we will resolve it. 

Refunds are only accepted on canceled packages that have not yet been shipped. 

Please check tags for wash instructions. For screen printed items hand wash and air dry is recommended. Please note machine washing can risk fading over time and is not recommended, if you machine wash turn the shirt inside out, use a cold cycle, and then air dry for best result; and avoid using chemical fabric softeners

You can expect to have your product shipped within 5 to 10 business days and if there are delays you will be notified. We are a very small business run by two artists. Please be mindful that this means there may be delays in product delivery for various reasons.
